In spite of the advances we've made, many people still approach job hunting with a traditional attitude. I often hear people say, “I don't know what to do!” Sitting there and scratching their heads, they say, “I'm going to go to the internet, I'm going to get a newspaper, I'm going to mail out my resume.” Never mind that many don't know how to write a resume.

They're also afraid they'll mess up their interviews because they lack any training or coaching. They think networking is too hard or frightening to try. Basically, many people miss the boat, not realizing that we can do so many things to bring the jobs to us. Instead, we just wait for crisis situations to change jobs.

That is why I'm here. In this program, we'll be solving all of those problems. This system was created so that people could start to shift the way they think about job hunting, and increase their incomes by leaps and bounds. I've been in the search business for what at times seems like 100 years. When I started out, the person I worked for told me on that first day that I was a headhunter. I was going to go out there to hunt heads for a living. But the problem is that everyone who is a beginner in this field is told they're a headhunter. So, my question was, how could I differentiate myself from the rest?
